What is Form-Cement

This polymer-modified dry cement-based mixture with improved technical characteristics, which has a high degree of adhesion to different surfaces.

It is applied to the surface by plastering method and is molded with special rubber molds (stamps). It turns out 100% imitation of stone, brick or wood. Then the surface is painted in the desired color. If necessary, it is coated with a hydrophobic compound.

  • 1
Forms a single, continuous layer of coating on the surface being trimmed without joints, gaps and gaps. What excludes hit under the finish of moisture.
  • 2
Low specific weight is 1200-1300 kg / m3. Does not create an additional load on the design of the walls. With a thickness of 15-20 mm. weight 1 m2. makes 15-18 kg.
  • 3
Due to the low density of the material there are no linear temperature expansions in the winter and summer periods.
  • 4
Design opportunities. Allows to finish any curvilinear surfaces. And paint in any color as desired.
  • 5
Minimum requirements for surface preparation and a high degree of adhesion to any bases.
  • 6
High vapor permeability of the material allows you to quickly remove excess water vapor from the premises.

  • When finishing residential and commercial premises, both inside and outside the premises. As well as facades, columns, arches, bar counters, stoves, fireplaces, etc.
  • The basis can be any surface - concrete, gas-foam concrete blocks, brickwork, polystyrene foam, chipboard, OSB, drywall.
  • In systems "wet facade". Due to its low specific weight and continuous coating, it forms a single surface with insulation, with a minimum load on it.
  • In places with increased operational load. Such as socles of buildings, chimneys, places with high traffic.
